• Responsible for Battle Plan Setup (Plotting DW, OP, & Team Lead).
• Ensure 95% KPI is achieved in the aspects of Safety, Quality, SLA, Productivity, & Cost.
• Supervise 5S & HSE Reporting, and ensure SOP compliance in the warehouse.
• Manage operational assets and inventory to support smooth operations.
• Conduct improvement processes to minimize errors in package distribution.
• Ensure smooth operations by handling 156,000+ packages/day.

• Overseeing a team of 80 employees encompassing Shift Leads, administrative staff, operators, and couriers.
  • Coordinating daily, weekly, and monthly delivery operations : create strong communication and relationships with last-mile, warehouse, linehaul, first-mile, and 3PL teams to ensure the timely delivery of approximately 8,000 parcels daily (240,000 monthly), resulting in timely delivery (95% on-time delivery success) with no backlog.
  
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly KPIs : Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance against KPIs targets, aiming for A+ KPIs (above 95%) from July 2024 to February 2025.
  
  • Ensure and reduce the risk of parcels being lost or damaged : Controlling inbound and outbound activities must match wits SOPs by monitoring all activities, scheduling periodic meetings, and reviewing the inbound and outbound processes that drove 0,0011% average (target 0,0100%) every month.
  
  • Develop and maintain staff performance : Maintain staff performance, including shift leads, administrative staff, operators, and couriers, by tracking performance daily, weekly, and monthly and reviewing performance with coaching at the end of the month.

- Membuat perencanaan pengembangan proses perusahaan seperti delivery, SLA, omset, dan jumlah paket area Sumatera Barat.

- Mengawasi dan menghandle SDM, dan Anggota Tim, agar perusahaan berjalan sesuai SOP.
